Welcome!

I've finally caved & decided to start blogging. I hope I can keep it up-to-date. I'm totally addicted to cross stitching
(I've been told it's an old lady hobby, I guess that means I'm an old lady!) so there will be a lot of cross stitching posts.
There will be pictures of the kids, both 2-legged & 4-legged, Chase, Carter, Baby Hank, Bullseye, Molly, & Baby.
I hope you enjoy reading, I promise to try not to bore you too much. Thanks for stopping by for a visit!

Marching Band

Chase had his first marching band experience last Friday night at the home football game. All he said about it was that "it was hard".
Here he is waiting to go out on to the field.

Play Time!

Baby Hank LOVES his play mat! Bullseye must have thought it looked like a lot of fun & decided to try to join him.

Good Things....

Snoopy's Doghouse

I just finished this one today. This one is going to be a Christmas present for my mailman, Tom. He is a good friend of my family & he is a huge fan of Snoopy. I made a small Snoopy & Woodstock magnets for him a while back & he was totally thrilled. So I was able to get my hands on this pattern for him for Christmas..... THANKS A MILLION BECKY! Now I just have to figure out how I'm going to finish it.

Playing with Leah

My friend Jennifer & her daughter Leah were in Muscatine this weekend visiting with family. On their way out of town, they were kind enough to make time to see me. We met at the park in Wilton, Leah played on the playground, while Jennifer & I had a nice visit. I don't get to see them often enough!

Here we are on the park bench, right before they had to leave.

Here is Leah on the "tetter tot", as she called it.

Gather A Harvest

A Lizzie Kate that I finally got done this week. There is a row of leaves at the bottom that I did not stitch so it was a better size for my ornament tree.
