Welcome!

I've finally caved & decided to start blogging. I hope I can keep it up-to-date. I'm totally addicted to cross stitching
(I've been told it's an old lady hobby, I guess that means I'm an old lady!) so there will be a lot of cross stitching posts.
There will be pictures of the kids, both 2-legged & 4-legged, Chase, Carter, Baby Hank, Bullseye, Molly, & Baby.
I hope you enjoy reading, I promise to try not to bore you too much. Thanks for stopping by for a visit!

Snoopy Finish

It took me a while to figure out how to finish Snoopy. I couldn't find a can tall enough. Then I was at the end of my peanutbutter jar today & the lightbulb went off! Granted it was a little tougher because the top & bottom are rounded. But I made it work. I covered the entire jar in fabric first, it looks more pink in the picture, but the red matches the red in Snoopy's house. Then put Snoopy on the front, covering up the seams. I'm going to fill the jar with homemade dog treats.

I'll Play Too

Hank was playing on his playmat the other day, Bullseye thought it looked like fun. But this time instead of laying on his back, like Hank, he played with his ball. Then once Hank was done playing, bullseye went under the toys to check it out.

MY Chewie

I put out "chewies" today. Baby is VERY protective of HER chewies. She tries to "hide" them, she carries them around till she finds just the right spot, then drops the chewie there, usually in plain sight, like nobody else can see it.

Here she is GUARDING her chewie.

This is the stick from her pup pop she got tonight after she got her pedi-cure. She was in the process of carrying it around the house while looking for the perfect hiding spot for it.

Asking To Go Outside

I have been working with Bullseye to get him to "ask" to go outside. He's getting pretty good at it. Somedays he does better than others.

Carter Can Take A Good Picture!

Here is Carter at the football game, he actually sat still for a minute for me to get his picture. He isn't making a crazy face in this one!!!

But then of course once he realized I got him in a good picture........ this is what I got next. I always knew he was part monkey, now I have proof!

A Bit of January

I am FINALLY done with this Lizzie Kate series! It only took me 8 months to get all 12 of them done.
